#2: Re: Help my alarm keeps goin off Author: Surfer333, Location: Cardiff, WalesPosted: Sun May 01, 2011 2:46 pm ---- My Pug 206 GTi did this last year (summer). I checked everything and I mean everything from fuses, electric windows, bonnet sensors, door sensors, boot sensors, internal alarm switch, seat belt movement (when car is alarmed and fully locked).
In the end I located the internal ultrasonic sensors (were they plug into wiring loom, directly behind and above drivers foot pedals). I unplugged them, and fully locked/alarmed car. No Alarm went off...Tried this out for 3 days/nights, Still the Alarm was ok and did not go off.
So I replaced the ultra Sonic sensors myself, got new ones from Peugeot Main Dealer & installed to good. No problem since out new ones in.
So I guess you could check out the internal Ultrasonic sensors. The new sensors cost me £29.00 to buy, free to fit, as did this myself. Saving over £250.00 quid.

Its hard to locate 1st time.
Just locate the wire for the Ultra sonic sensors (US) found directly above the brake pedal, but behind steering column at bottom of this. Use a torch to locate it. It plugs into a switch. I did post a DIY on how to replace the US Sensors. I find the link in a mo.
