Get a picture of a dog holding a steering wheel and put it on the door so it looks like the dog is driving. Maybe a picture of an engine for on the bonnet, bumper and wings so it looks like its in the car.
Possibilities are endless.

You can't be serious, you wouldn't legally be allowed to drive it on the road. Pointless unless you came up with some other solution.
Red on gray looks like a winner. Black & yellow's smart too.
its an idea passed around my head yer i know the laws etc and there would poss be another solution to keep it legal yer. its just one of a few idea atm anyway,
