Reading online, I understand it cant be the thermostat so can rule that out. I guess ill try the sensor then if not, try the relay,resisitor stuff etc on the fan!
hmm and the fan doesnt come on when the AC button is clicked?!!

Any ideas what this can be? Ill try changing the temp sensor when the car cools down - will coolant spill out from here or can I literally take that one out and replace it straight up without doing anything else?
