I'm getting my clutch replaced tomorrow all been arranged by the dealership I brough car from, phoned up earlier to double check price and got quoted £260 labour because apparently it's a 5hour job on the 180's, I changed the clutch on my old Gti on my drive in 3hours (never again tho) :p, could sum1 just confirm for me that I ent getting ripped off please "/

It cost me £450 for my clutch timeing belt and mot including parts.

That's quite a good price you got, just phoned up 5 garages for my cambelt change and they each wanted around £300 "/ And another £280 for clutch, answered my own question there, it is an alright price for clutch

Here's what I paid
Luk clutch kit £100
Gates timeing belt kit £100
Labour £120
Mot £30.

Labour must have been mates rates as thats a bargain on a 180 Wink

4 hours and 48minutes labour you'll get charged by Peugeot for a GTi180

Just checked my receipts it was £150 labour rest of the prices are correct so £480 all in. It was at a vw Audi Porsche specialist in Manchester. Parts were from Manchester motor factors. And yes was mates rates :).

Got mine done by an independent garage last week,
£180 labour for the clutch + clutch cable
Provided the parts myself.
