With dark alloys I think a colour lip of some sort looks nice IMO, breaks up the alloys an tyre.
Black from what you have listed, but I could come up with a few more interesting colours

Green, purple or a red / orange, it's a marmite sort of thing though

Ideally, i would prefer a a wheel that enhances the car. Black wheel, black tyre and black arches, could just make it look like 2 voids on each side. Breaking that up with gold or silver calipers could make the difference.
I like the idea of the coloured lip though.
