Explain futher, what kind of noise are we talking about here?

Is it going 'moooo' like a cow, or 'woof' like a dog, or is it doing the simpsons theme tune?

In short, and less sarcasm: We need more info than this to help you out Wink

Haha I need to get me one of them simpsons theme tune gearboxes. Sound good where from and how much Laughing
Is it effort to get it into gear?? Constant knocking?? Or just a "klunk" as it goes in and that's it? When was oil last changed on the gearbox?

Maybe your gearbox on it's way to be out of service,or maybe it's your clutch.
