No the gold ring goes onto the screw in the fuse box.

Missing the point, it won't connect to the fuse like it did before causing damage, it will connect to the positive terminal.

Not really missing the point am I?

You asked where it goes, I told you.

That's where mine is and has been for nearly a year now Wink

If anything is wrong it's not that.

Try looking at that mess of wiring behind your centre console.

I'm soo confused now, some are saying connect to positive terminal and some are saying connect to fuse. Here?!

That's where all the problems kicked in to begin with... I really need the correct answer!

Thanks Smile

It don't matter if its connected to the positive pole on batt or the nut in fuse box, it's the same thing.

And why does that black wire i said about go to amp? What slot on amp??

Edit: I take it that's the remote for amp lol

Thanks a lot for this, connected as shown and all working great now Very Happy

There is just one "FINAL" minor annoying issue, the memory does not hold when battery is off and yes I swapped red and yellow but both combinations "red/red yellow/yellow" and "red/yellow red/yellow" does not hold the memory.

I'll check out my fuse combination, mine didn't work quite right till I found the right combination there either!
