All you have to do is take the guts out of your old key along with the transponder chip and simple place in the new key. Then you will have to get the blade cut.
Very simple job to do

Read the listing carefully, never seen a 205 or 405 with a 2 button remote key, 205 & 405 are infra red remote aswell

Not knowing how long the old battery had been in for, I changed that at the same time. Next job is to get a second hand circuit board, and a new transponder from Lee then I will have a spare remote key.
BTW, I love mine, saves putting holes in your jean pockets with the key blade.

They are more bulky than the normal key, but they are much cooler looking, far more comfortable in the pocket and fun to flip open and closed when you're bored. Yeah I think they are tbf, they have slight dips in the plasic that a vac form couldnt handle, or atleased the one at our place cant lol..
