#1: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: V9977, Location: Athens, GreecePosted: Tue May 24, 2011 4:47 am ---- Scanning our 2007 TU3A I get 'Throttle position % = 12' roughly, even when it is fully up (not being pressed).
Is this normal because on a 2001 corsa and a 2001 punto they both
say TP%=0 when pedal is not pressed?
Any help would be much appreciated. (even from Mr.BSI )

#4: Re: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: MrrNoName, Location: UKPosted: Tue May 24, 2011 5:13 am ---- seems a little odd to me, is it revving higher then normal at idle?

Nope. 750 rpm when warm.

Any ideas?
#7: Re: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: macj, Location: EssexPosted: Thu May 26, 2011 11:44 am ---- does it read 0% when fully depressed?

you mean 100%?
I think so, have to re-check.
#9: Re: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: macj, Location: EssexPosted: Thu May 26, 2011 1:31 pm ---- not 100%..... I meant 0% when fully depressed

No.
It reads 84% when pressed to the floor (engine off).
11% fully up (engine off).
14% fully up (engine running and warm at 750 rpm idle).
#12: Re: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: macj, Location: EssexPosted: Fri May 27, 2011 9:11 am ---- sounds fine to me.... the values are correct on the throttle position
#13: Re: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: V9977, Location: Athens, GreecePosted: Fri May 27, 2011 9:47 am ---- Excellent. Thanks.
I thought previous owner might have gone for a re-map.
There seems to be a slight 'jolt' of the engine 1 out of 10 times when
stationary in neutral and then pressing the pedal down even slightly.
Checked the engine mounts and they seem to be OK.
#14: Re: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: macj, Location: EssexPosted: Fri May 27, 2011 10:50 am ---- I cant see any related issues here. I think that you need to check mounts and linkages as you said
