#1: Electronic throttle pedal question Author: V9977, Location: Athens, Greece PostPosted: Tue May 24, 2011 4:47 am

Scanning our 2007 TU3A I get 'Throttle position % = 12' roughly, even when it is fully up (not being pressed).

Is this normal because on a 2001 corsa and a 2001 punto they both
say TP%=0 when pedal is not pressed?

Any help would be much appreciated. (even from Mr.BSI Very Happy )

Nope. 750 rpm when warm.

No.

It reads 84% when pressed to the floor (engine off).

11% fully up (engine off).

14% fully up (engine running and warm at 750 rpm idle).

sounds fine to me.... the values are correct on the throttle position

Excellent. Thanks.

I thought previous owner might have gone for a re-map.

There seems to be a slight 'jolt' of the engine 1 out of 10 times when
stationary in neutral and then pressing the pedal down even slightly.

Checked the engine mounts and they seem to be OK.

I cant see any related issues here. I think that you need to check mounts and linkages as you said
