#6: Re: oil level ? Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Wed May 25, 2011 8:35 am ---- what does it say on your dials when you turn your ignition on? If it says you only have half, then put double in that comes out?
That may be a really stupid idea, I dont know lol

Thats the worst idea ever (not true)
The oil level thing on the dials is the most inaccurate thing ever.....except the guy that predicted the rapture lol
#8: Re: oil level ? Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Wed May 25, 2011 8:38 am ---- meh, it was a stab in the dark lol
#9: Re: oil level ? Author: devman, Location: Hoddesdon, HertsPosted: Wed May 25, 2011 8:40 am ---- Yeah lol, my oil level changes every time I start the engine.
Normally lower than it was before - which is pretty accurate, but sometimes it pleasantly surprises me!
#10: Re: oil level ? Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Wed May 25, 2011 8:41 am ---- mine always says its full, and then when the engines running, it never goes above 0 lol.
#11: Re: oil level ? Author: MrrNoName, Location: UKPosted: Wed May 25, 2011 8:46 am ---- if you underfill it, it will hurt your engine, if you overfill it, it will hurt it just as much and you will need to drain some out, a dipstick is literally a few quid from a dealer and they close at 5.15 so you could still run down and get one, stop being so cheap and go to get one before draining the old oil out
#12: Re: oil level ? Author: gazza420, Location: Tyne and WearPosted: Thu May 26, 2011 4:18 am ---- As said above, Get one from a Pug dealer, you will be suprised by the price, alot cheaper than some on Ebay
