REV counter
-> 206 Problems

OK, so now having sorted out the minor problem of no reverse, and having serviced inc new cam belt, we have the other minor niggles to sort.

The rev counter just "flicks" around 0 RPM, is it a electronic module or cable driven system, is it an easy fix ? any advice etc most welcome.

The rpm are taken from from the crank position sensor, so electronic.
However the engine wouldn't run if it doesn't work properly.
So maybe an instrument cluster problem.
