Knocking noise on front suspension

Oh god its not a 206 with this problem again....

My little 1.4 LX has had a knock from the front right side since they day it was bought. Lately it has just been getting worse and worse so thought its about time to do something about it. Had a look and the bushes on the drop links had a few splits in them. So last night changed it and it has gone a lot quieter, its not every slight change in angle on the roads there's a horrible clunk. I even managed to come along my street last night without waking everybody up Very Happy

But I do still have a slight knock there, I think the next thing is the top mount needs changing. Is this a hard job to do?

Also Would this explain the knock that I have when on full lock or would that be something else again?

Thanks

Could be the bushes on the wishbones. While we are no the subject how much extra time does it take to do when the springs are out? I might do mine when I get it lowered.
