#1: My pug 180 Author: Ditza, Location: CambridgeshirePosted: Sun Jun 05, 2011 8:38 am ---- So here's my motor, I've had the car for 10 months now, so haven't done a lot to it as yet.
It's got g-max coilovers, janspeed exhaust, GT front bumper, morrette head lights and smoked rears. Plus a bit of audio. My bonnet is being wrapped in carbon this weekend also.
Comments welcome.
Lol the next photo was after I had a little bump, damage was quite bad so had to put a plaster on it for a while.

#3: Re: My pug 180 Author: L5_UKS, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Sun Jun 05, 2011 8:46 am ---- Looks nice, but think the normal bumper looks better than the GT one
#4: Re: My pug 180 Author: Ditza, Location: CambridgeshirePosted: Sun Jun 05, 2011 8:47 am ---- Thanks, I will eventually get a real Carbon one, but can't afford brand new. I have 2nd dins on meady's and so for now I've got wrap it. That's a new bonnet on the car and although you can't tell from the pics it's in primer and has water damage on it. From a distance it's ok but up close it look gash.

#8: Re: My pug 180 Author: rypod206, Location: sheffieldPosted: Sun Jun 05, 2011 11:01 am ---- looks good, like it all, wouldnt wrap bonnet tho, but then everyones car would look same if you didnt have your own plans lol, ive got 3m carbon on the door pillars and find it marks easily, sommet to think about having it on the bonnet, a real glossy one will look brill on yours,

Cheers I'll bear that in mind, although it won't be a long term thing.

#12: Re: My pug 180 Author: Ali_H, Location: Chichester, SussexPosted: Sun Jun 05, 2011 1:52 pm ---- Carbon wraps on bonnets are cheap and tacky.
#13: Re: My pug 180 Author: JamieM, Posted: Mon Jun 06, 2011 1:38 am ---- Agreed with above it will look tacky! Real or leave it imo.
For that matter I wouldn't 3m any part of my car it's bad enough 180's have fake carbon mirror caps in the first place lol
#14: Re: My pug 180 Author: Ditza, Location: CambridgeshirePosted: Sat Jun 11, 2011 7:17 am ---- So I got my bonnet carbon wrapped today and here it is:

#16: Re: My pug 180 Author: Ditza, Location: CambridgeshirePosted: Sat Jun 11, 2011 7:28 am ---- Thank you, I don't think so either. I did have some small doubts but I'm glad I decided to do it.
#17: Re: My pug 180 Author: Ditza, Location: CambridgeshirePosted: Tue Jun 14, 2011 12:57 pm ---- No one else like my bonnet then?
#18: Re: My pug 180 Author: JE_180, Location: WiltshirePosted: Tue Jun 14, 2011 1:09 pm ---- Bonnet looks really good actually, how much did it cost you if you don't mind me asking? This is just my opinion but that front bumper makes the car look like it's got a huge chin...
#19: Re: My pug 180 Author: Ditza, Location: CambridgeshirePosted: Tue Jun 14, 2011 1:29 pm ---- Lol alot, that's why I call it brucie. It's definately marmite. I'm not sure but it was under a ton, my hubby has some graphics on his skyline, some local club stickers and carbon b pillars and in total it cost us £180. Whoop whoop!
#20: Re: My pug 180 Author: Liam-HuTcH, Location: PeterboroughPosted: Thu Aug 11, 2011 1:55 pm ---- We need to see you at local events mate of your at peterborough

#22: Re: My pug 180 Author: drew, Location: leicestershirePosted: Sat Aug 13, 2011 9:11 am ---- Personally I love the front GT bumper, I was contemplating doing the same and just having one on the front, I can't understand why people wouldn't like this and yet would like both GT bumpers, the rear one just doesn't look right just a ledge randomly sticking out half way down the back, but the front one looks really nice, gives the car a bit of a longer look. I like the carbon wrapped bonnet too but for that price, surely it woulda just been worth saving and buying a real one?
#23: Re: My pug 180 Author: D4NTP, Location: Not Leeds or its surrounding areas!Posted: Sat Aug 13, 2011 9:19 am ---- Cars not for me but love the plate!
