Been quoted £300 to get the passenger side of my my car sprayed and de-dented. Does this sound reasonable or am i being shafted?

£100 a panel sounds about right, but all depends on the quality of the finish and the work being done exactly.

A body shop said it would cost me £450 to get the side of my 180 re-sprayed and de-dented so it sounds good to me.

Check there work quality before giving the go ahead though, you dont want to pay that much and get a s**t job.

EDIT: just read your above comment Laughing

Doesn't sounds that bad, my rear arch has been bent out a little bit and they're charging me £220 to get it shaped back and sprayed.
