#98: Re: Ruffys GTI HDI (updated page 6) Author: Spatt, Location: ManchesterPosted: Tue Aug 09, 2011 3:10 pm ---- Mate looks awsome, love the shine on the paintwork. (what wax you use? i polish, clay and wax mine but it doesn't look as sleek as that)
have you had it sprayed?
also ive been thinking about getting one of them splitters for the bottom of the front bumper. are they expensive/hard to fit?
#99: Re: Ruffys GTI HDI (updated page 6) Author: Ruffy_206, Location: BristolPosted: Fri Aug 19, 2011 9:19 am ---- big thanks to samco for this, after winning car of the cruise last month in wales.
order all my Intercooler pipes. a flexi hose to do my rad pipes and some new stainless clips. plus some vacum pipe so i can cheat a little.
might tart up the engine bay a bit more but am looking to get rid soon so in two minds atm.

i do put quite alot of hours into my cleaning. the front has just been resprayed so that helps
but i use alot of the poorboys range. also chemical guys. do some times revert back to autoglym think its more about how hard you work than what you use.
spillter is a laguna one think you can pick one up for around 20-30 and just drill some holes and use some nuts and bolts. then cut the ends odd job done.
