Just a quick question, does anyone have an issue with there car stalling randomly whilst driving??
Happens normally when i break and change to a lower gear at the same time. Happened today n lost all steering whilst turning left at a junction
there's no indication of it stalling just cuts out and have to turn the ignition again
Any ideas??? Please

Kinda scary when the steering locks though!

No you didnt, you simply lost the power assistance

Steering wont lock unless the ignition key is removed from the barrel.

Steering wont lock unless the ignition key is removed from the barrel.
felt like i had lost steering all together

happens to me very occasionally, its annoying as hell lol

It's my ICV as i was told to clean it a while ago and it just got worse after that eventually sometimes starting and it idling at 3000rpm!

if its your ICV just change it, it takes less then 5 minutes and you can get one on ebay for about £18 that works fine, problem is that some of us already have changed it (from the stealers! total rip off lol) and the problems exactly the same.

Spoke to a mechanic yesterday and he said there's a software update available from Peugeot to fix this. Is this correct?
