guys, i drove the other day to this shop got back out and wipers where up not like sideways, i turned them off, then i relised there where sitting abit further up than normal so i pressed the button agen and nothing happened, checked all fuses, when i took Main fuse out it swiped across so i tried it again and it failed to do so. Any options?

You knocked the wiper stalk when you got out & that put the wipers in to service position Wink

Normaly you just operate the stalk for flick wipe again to get the wipers back to the normal park position.

Also to be fair this information isnt in the owners handbook.

Just found this with the search (go me). Its what I encountered last night however the wipers do not operate at all now and the fuse is fine.

Also if I remove the fuse for the BSI the wipers work by themselves on intermittent so its not the motor.

Might be an idea to check all the earth points on that circuit and also if you have a spare relay try swapping them. Smile

They are working now. I replaced the bsi while trying to fix something else and they worked. Thanks for your help anyway. My wipers have always worked when there has been no screen-wash in :s
