Use the guide on here and change it youself just need the price of parts then. The 1.1/1.4 are a piece of p**s to change.

what do you think about £130 for a top oxygen sensor ? is that expensive or not ?

top oxygen sensor? im guessing thats a lambda sensor? do you have 2? one before and after the CAT? I was under the impression these were DIY able?

sorry yes its the lamba sensor and im not to sure .. i just phoned the garage and they said the price lol

Sensors pretty easy, just need the right size spanner, and some elbow grease/penatrating oil. They like to weld themselves in with the heat.

Considering a new sensor is about £70, or a used one for £30.
Its just a case of unscrewing & unplugging & vice versa.
