got myself a fresh motor to play with... . sold the 207 and bought myself an L200!
loving it already! it's a 55 plate 4life with 52000 miles, 2.5 4 pot with about 113hp (i know, low. lol). got plans for it to take it off road and things, get a suspension lift and lights and stuff but need to let the wallet recover! lol

aye, 30mpg if i'm lucky! lol
the older ones (like mine) are based on old technology. they're not common rail engines and arent very efficient... plus, they weigh one hell of a lot!! lol
our isuzu rodeo does 40+ mpg though!

it's not all about power mate it's got loads of grunt from the bottom end. stick it in the low box and watch it walk up a gravel bank, with no help from the throttle...

loving the cheapness and ease of changing parts! tighten up the wheelbearings as they were loose at a cost of £4 for new locking bolts. hav a fight with a vectra and pillar and come off fine! lol
