#1: LED Dipped Bulbs? Author: MrrNoName, Location: UKPosted: Sat Jun 25, 2011 5:36 am ---- I know loads of people used LED bulbs for their sidelights etc, but was wondering how many people used LED bulbs for their dipped beam etc
Ive seen on ebay you can get them for H1 H4 fitment etc
and they have 64 LED's. In comparison to the sidelights which have 9 so they must be pretty bright?
What are your views on them?
Too bright, not bright enough, poor because of beam pattern? etc
Thanks

It's debateable as to whether LED headlamp bulbs would pass an MOT.
There is nothing stopping you getting the H1s for the fog lights as they are not an MOT requirement, and are not checked. See what the light output is compared to halogen and then decide from there.

Brightest fully road legal bulbs you can fit in the 206 headlamps.
