I have ridden BMX for about 7-8 years now and this is generally for the rainy/wet days, to give me something to tinker with and just generally for fun. plus, you dont get the pricetag, the hassle, the insurance problems and many other things associated with car tuning when you tune one of these
Plans:
Fix things when they break (ill be giving it a thrashing at track days, local tracks and will be doing some pretty big jumps!)
Fit a 140cc head kit but keep the 110 bottom end
Uprate the forks and rear shock
Quick action throttle
Fit and tune a bigger carb
K&N cone filter
Scorpion full exhaust
i will keep this post updated!

yeah lol im not a massive fan of road bikes. i know id kill myself if i took bikes on the road
but parts for these things are so cheap, even tuning parts. and when youre thrashing the life out of an engine you can really get the most out of tuning parts, not like with a car where you have speed limits and laws to adhere to (in theory)
also, it fits in my garage and isnt french

#15: Re: Kersh's KX110F Project (not a car) Author: Kersh, Location: Bridgnorth, Nr WolverhamptonPosted: Wed Jul 20, 2011 8:51 am ---- Thrashed the daylights out of it last time i rode, came over a bank a bit too quick and jumped it to flat as well which quickly did one of the crappy rubber bushes in the rear shock in.
so today ive ordered a set of nylon bushes to fix that problem and strongly considering a nice new doma rep exhaust!
