i have found two plugs that are unplugged..... one to the left of the fan just behind the front grille and another plug on the boot catch also unplugged.
Finished uni this year, did Business and Financial management, work part time in construction, and do the odd bit of code reading and messing about with cars

If you have an alarm they should be plugged in, if not they'll hang loose. I've got the connectors on mine, but don't have a standard alarm
