Solution No1 - Don't fit lexus rear lights. They don't suit 206s or Lexus' for the matter.

Solution No2 - Penetrating oil, heat and a bigger hammer.

Usually lexus style lights have individual bulb holders that twist out/in.

Correct. Mine had twist in/out per bulb (3 per light)
