radseal one i know of. then see how that goes.

An egg does the same thing. You could use radweld, but I don't rate it.
If the rad is leaking, then you would be better off getting it repaired or exchanged.

Yes the very top rubber that runs around the outside of the cylinder head.

To be on the safe side, I'd start off by replacing the hose & clip.
