lots of new cleaning goodies
new front bump strip to replace the old badly chipped one
new colour coded badge
colour coded wiper cover
all fitted and cleaned up (didnt get a chance to go take some proper photos as it started raining )

Just wondering why you went for Red Mist aswell though? As its pretty much the same product as V7 but in my opinion not anywhere near as good.

bought that before i heard about the v7 im sure il use it up anyway haha

recently replaced my front suspension with the eibach sportlines and H&R cupsport dampers and put the back up 20mm great set up id def reccommend it handle like its on rails
no idea on the heights from standard though im afraid iv messed around with different set ups and changed the torsion bars so many times i cant remember how much i lowered it to start off with lol
