#1: what text/hpi check website? Author: leon206, Location: ukPosted: Fri Jul 08, 2011 1:00 pm ---- hi
i have used my text check £3 but i found it pretty crap . it only told me make ./ model / year / engine size / half a vin number /colour history/stolen record/ scrap history / insurance history if any- half of the things i could see on a v5 really.
but it didnt tell me most important things to me which were mileage history which was an additonal £3. fair enough but most important of i wanted to know if there was any outstanding finance. which my text check doesnt even offer so i have now found HPI but they charge £20 . is there any cheaper ?

HPI is the best out there, you much better covered with a proper HPI check
Try actually reading the terms & conditions = the HPI guarantee, £20 is peace of mind.
