I know I set up the group buy thread for the janspeed cat back, but me being me im too impatient.......somebody posted up saying there was one on eBay for buy it now £250, I messaged the guy and he said he would do it for £200 collected, it was only 19 miles from my work so I thought it would be rude not to go and have a look Wink
Anyhow I bought it and have just got back home, I will still keep the group buy up and sort everything out for everyone

Will come up nice when I've given it a clean and polish

Right well I've just fitted the janspeed and had a little drive, and to say I'm happy is an understatement, the janspeed's tone and noise is simply immense, only loud when you want it to be, if I'm honest the speaker on my iPhone doesn't do it justice so I suggest to anyone that's going to listen to put some earphones in for full effect, please also bare in mind I have neighbours so couldn't sit on my drive revving the nuts off the car lol....anyhow enjoy

Lewis, check this link out mate. www.google.com/support...swer=95697 You might need to install the plug in. I did it the other day.

It's amazing how different it sounds Frankie! A definite improvement, and it didn't sound bad beforehand! You fit it yourself?

Still think I prefer Scorpion but you can't go wrong with Janspeed!

Plus, it was a deal, it was a steal, it was the sale of the f***ing century! Smile

EDIT: forgot to put the link in for Lewis! d'oh!

nope. tried sourcing but havent really made any calls yet. im just not trying hard enough. kamracing is the last resort lol. 115GBP shipping.
could probably get devilz here but the real question is whether it complies with road laws. dont wanna get pulled over and be marked.

I'd look around for postage if I were you, surely a member would be willing to sort it for you if you paid them ? (I would).

That's what I think anyway lol, £115 is fairly pricey, the exhaust doesn't weigh that much. Although I guess it's quite long because of the centre section.

too much of a problem to ask a member to do this.

let say you will ship the exhuast to him.

what if the exhaust arrived at your place is damaged? not the thing like dent or scratch but it won't fit to the car properly?

what if the exhaust get damage by courier after you posted them out? will you sort out the insurance claim? what if the exhaust get lost by the courier? held by the custom?

too much potential problems might be involved in this case.

is the janspeed 'dirtier' in emission and louder in sound over the stock?
damn road regulations gives little room for modification.

won't affect emission if you don't touch the cat.

yes it is louder.
