But Kersh seems closer to the problem than i was, because as he said ICV would affect it while driving.

Yes by all means check the Airflow, check the pipe from filter box to the engine, see if its squashed anywhere, my xsi's was and i could see the needle go up fall back down a bit then go back up again, maybe its that

Did you fix this I think my 206 has a very similar problem.
