ok, so im trying to fit my angels today, ive got the headlight motors ready and fully extended and the manual adjusters out of the angels, however I cant get them to fit in ??

every time I try to fit them, the ball just pushes the headlight fitment (the bit that the ball is ment to go in) back too far down the shaft instead of clicking into the socket, so I use pliers to pull the hadlight back up to the top, try again and it simply pushes it out of the way again?

are all 206 headlight adjusters the same? anyone got any advice on how to fit it, ive been trying for well over a hour now, and I can get the motor into the headlight, but cant get the balljoint to click in, so it wont work lol.

just discovered that the adjusters set at fully extended will only just about fit into the angel eyes on fully retracted,

so even if i could get it to fit, the adjuster wouldnt be able to retract because the angel eyes wont retract any further, or extend because the adjuster is already at its maximum.

o well, manual adjustment it is lol...

There like this, but they work, once the adjuster is seated into the correct position it's further in than it is when your trying to fit it.. With angels it's sometimes a tight squeeze to get the adjusters in, but once there in they work as they should Smile a few people have thought the same as you that they wouldnt work, but I assure you they do Very Happy

To put them in, pull the socket (in the light) as far out as you can, and wind the adjuster as far out in length as you can too, put the adjuster into the hole on an angle, there's a larger part to the socket that it fits in, you have to get the ball in this, and then twist the ball into place..

I've got some pictures from a guide I did before, give me 5 mins and I'll re-write it Very Happy

I know from experience of fitting other members angels with adjusters lol.
