Car: 206 1.4 HDI 2003
it appears when i am going around a roundabout i feel/hear some knocking coming from the near side wheel, anyone have any idea what this could be? normal driving is fine and i hear no knocking, its only when i turn right around roundabouts? shocker?
also i need to replace my indicator stalk as it seems a bit loose, doesn't hold its position very well.
if i buy another one how hard is it to install? any guides?

Knocking could be many things. Since it happens when you're turning I'd say it's a CV joint. But it could be all sorts: CV joint, top mount, drop link, ARB bush, wishbone bushes etc. Best to take it to a garage.

You might be able to find the relevant unit on that website, the one for my car was around £100 cheaper, I emailed the owner and he said they're preconfigured too so can be fitted by yourself.

They are quite specific. Simply plugging in a new one doesn't always work.

Early multiplexed ones are quite specific on which will work.
I went through 3. 2 used but known working, then went to Peugeot dealer to sort it.

my car has no auto lights or wipers, just standard Style Model.

And i got a com2000 unit with auto lights/wipers off someone on here. (even though my car is basic of the basics) Literally just unplugged my old one and connected the new one up....all works as it should and even got the option now to change the time to the temperature on the MFD by pushing the button on the end of the wiper stalk...
I guessing, from reading previous posts here, i was just lucky...

anyone know what the new part number equivalent is for this?
i called my local pug garages and they wont give me a part number for the com2000 they have on their system, very annoying.
