Phase 2 washer jets blocked

#1: Phase 2 washer jets blocked Author: hobnob48 PostPosted: Tue Jul 19, 2011 9:17 am

Right lets see if anyone can help. I have some ph2 washer jets and somehow they have got blocked up and neither of the spray water at my windscreen.

The pump works as I have taken them out and when washers are used the pump kicks in and pushes water out of the open pipe.

Any suggestions on how I can clean them out?

Cheers,
Jamie

stick them in some boiling water and boil for 10 mins. Itll clear the polish/wax out of them.

Or soak them in vinegar overnight, that'll get rid of any limescale build up.

to be fair, limescale should not be found in the washer system if you are using proper stuff Laughing
