Cheapest I've seen B14 was just over £600 I think, are they that good?

It will yes, but if you get adjustable coilovers where the springs can be easily changed you can alter the valving on them to adjust how hard you want the damping to be.

You'd have to ask the seller, as the 206 isn't a technical car they most often won't ever show a poundage as normally people who buy them don't really care what it is as long as it lowers the car

That is true, i did think that as your car is more performance while mine is boyracer.
I dont even know what its lowered by, but the curb at work where i park is going to destroy my splitter soon.

What do you mean by softer springs ?
It's the spring that denotes how stiff the ride itself is for the most part, the dampers really only come into play when they're being properly compressed.
Springs are measured by poundage, for example I have 425 fitted on the front of my car and 475 on the rear, fitting a lower poundage spring will give you a softer ride. It's how much is required to compress the spring by 1 inch.
So a 100lb spring will require 100lbs to compress it by an inch, a 400lb spring, will require, surprise surprise, 400lbs to compress it one inch! Hence why lower poundage springs are softer as they compress much easier.

just talking about one of the cheap trick peoples do on track.
stock spring + adjustable dampers and turn it to fully hard.
drive like the car is on 2 steel rod with no damping effect

the avo ones i bought have different springs available for them i just never thought about changing mine as there good as they are
and the dampings adjustable too of course

yeah they do have size ranges of length and id too but my id is 2.25" and im unsure of length but they had lots of choice anyway
and they werent too expensive im sure prices where like £30 per spring or something so probably about the same then

i dont think ill ever really need to look into changing springs on mine
