Does anyone have a picture/diagram of the locations of the engine mounts on the 206 GTI 138?

I've done a quick search and not found anything..

Thanks Smile

One under ecu, one behind the engine and one next to the gearbox.

It's next to the ECU, you can undo the three torx screws [T40 or T50]

One next to the battery [13mm socket then some T40/50 i think], and the other is under the car near the drivers wheel [17mm socket]

The one behind the engine.. how hard is it to get to?

I ask, because I've just had a new clutch.. and he didn't tighten the mount.. now the damn bolt fell out and I need to get a new one to put in -.-

be careful from the one that is next to the ECU,before you take it out, make sure that you support the engine very well, because if you start taking it off without doing what I said, the engine will be down, and cause you lots of damage, and may broke stuff,so be carefull.

where is the supporting point?

do you just put a jack on the subframe?

just put the jack anywhere where it can take the weight of the engine. so anywhere but the sump Very Happy

A jack and block of timber under the sump is perfectly adequate to support the engine.

Top engine mount needs a chain type oil filter tool to remove it.

Number 12. Looks like there is a choice of two dependent on age.
