weird one

noticed that my battery light was on after starting the engine...very very dim...gotta cover it with my hands as its sunny here to see it its that dim...

then i noticed that my display/clock and my heating thingy were dead as well...few turns of the key later and they come back on..still got the battery light on dim

have checked fuses/aux belt...all seems fine

any ideas you clever people ?

Battery or alternator.

Is this before or after you have tried fitting your flashing led?

never done nothing with the wires...only drilled hole in plastic for the LED

I was just making sure you hadn't dislodged anything by trying to fit the led.
You did remove the cowling before drilling didn't you?

Not trying to pick holes in you, but there are some people on here that will do one job and then ask a question about something else, which resulted due to bad workmanship of the first thing they did.

lol yeah i did remove the cowling mate

was thinking fuse at first...checked them all...then maybe a dodgey wire behind radio somewheres...but when it come back on by itself lol

could this be linked to my battery light coming on you think ?
