This is my first and i love it to bits but parts are so dam expensive not to mention the fuel economy is terrible......

Im just trying to keep in best possible condition (even if i did have a disagreement with a post on an icy road), all the oils are changed, new clutch, STi subframe with alloy arms and hopefully soon STI rear axle to actually add the rear anti roll bar mine never had Laughing

parts i find are not alot worse than the pugs tbh fuel well yes if you use boost alot then there not the best lol lol but on a run mine get 30 ish so i can live with that.
not quite sure what you mean about rear anti roll bar a wrx should have one as standerd mate.
mine has got the whiteline arb and the antilift kit with a top stut brace and really do notice how much better the turn in is.
oh and solid drop links

ah right well that explanes the ins costs then Laughing Laughing still a nice car tho and tbh not alot slower than the wrx/sti in the bendy bits as you still got the same 4x4 set up as we do. 99% of the parts can be swaped between them all anyway.
some pics of mine in the meets section from the last chichester meet Wink

I noticed mate, looks nice. They are and arent, the subframes require modifications to fit but in the bends she will 'show up' quite alot of german toys even without a turbo. Saying that this shape was rumored to have 150 and not 125 which is nice

I look forward to the rear subframe swap, as im not sure many would attempt this Laughing

i quite like the handling of impreza; can def. feel more power on the wheels round the corner.
