Author: mdstone, Location: South WalesPosted: Sun Aug 21, 2011 4:21 am ---- If you had the same problem as me where the horn fuse would blow all the time (or putting in a higher amp fuse made it sound constantly (which is a bad idea by the way)) then you probably need an ECU update to the latest version. I had this anoying problem for months and I'd often be driving without a working horn. I had enough of this and local garages could not find the fault so took it to Pug. They updated to the latest version of the ECU software and never had a problem since. Known fault apparently!
Btw, this usually happened when unlocking the car. Could be different to your fault though.
