I've got the camera mount across the back of the car, but whether I'll be allowed to run it is another matter, may have to get the passenger to hold the camera. I've also got a tiny Camera that sits on the Dashboard which goes unnoticed. Last time I was there I took about 1800photo's I think, so no worries there Laughing

Mac, have you been taking the blue pills again? Rolling On The Floor Laughing cheers bud, when I return from the 'Ring, the following will be on the cards:

Wavetrac Diff
Lightweight Wheels (BBS CH's)
New Front Seats (Carbon Kevlar or something similar)
Harnesses

That'll happily bankrupt me for the rest of the year Rolling On The Floor Laughing

I'll check the receipt (if I can find it) and let you know.

Another short update today... Aero bits and pieces for underneath the car are fitted Very Happy N249 that was bypassed 18 months ago has all be fully removed (I was bored), HID ballast's relocated, oil catch tank pipework revised slightly Very Happy

Here's the last bit of the N249 gubbins that I removed. I rerouted the Dump Valve hose as well so its much neater:

Undertray is also back on with new side pieces. The pieces didn't quite line up with the fixing holes in places, so in true Ape style it's been professionally bodgineered

Perfect!! I wouldn't want to do a proper job now would I? I'd lose my title of Bodgineer then Rolling On The Floor Laughing I'd like an aluminium belly pan but it's just a thought at the moment. No real effort gone into it (dims, thickness, cost etc)

I like the Forge Tip, well made and gives gains. I'll be getting a Badger 5 Tip soon so my Forge one will be up for grabs.

Another quickie:

Went a bit mad with stickers ready for our Trip this coming Thursday:

Looking to get a few more for the rear doors / wing and quarter. Getting a friends garage's name on there as he helps us out no end, and trying to think of some others. DC logo's have been suggested, along with a chequer pattern at an angle across the rear door / 1/4. Just the brakes to repaint and I think we're just about ready to roll to Germany Very Happy

Two times fresh!

The LCR's had an oil and filter change in readiness for the trip, found a fuel leak too Sad new fuel filter soon sorted that. The old one was possibly the original I think, there was flammable mud coming from both ends of it! for £3 it's definitely worth changing regularly!

Yesterday I found my Y piece (oil breather) had split, luckily I found a T piece and some tubing I never used. A little bit of Bodgineering later and that was sorted too!

The first of a couple of deliveries have arrived this morning, with more to come hopefully! Mad fitting session before we head off at 10pm tonight!

Rough mockup of the basic design
