#16: Re: Going to look at this. Author: Jordan_xsi, Location: IpswichPosted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 3:28 am ---- Why are people so suspicious of cars on here? Hes most likely bent the truth about there being 43 to increase its sale potential which to me is a harmless lie. Whilst it seems unlikely the push button was factory, it really makes no difference to the car at all other than you no longer have a cigarette lighter.
Looks like a really nice car dude, go for it! I'd love a red 180!

But you're right, makes no odds to the car overall.

I agree being lied to isnt great and it would be dissapointing to an extent, it wouldnt be the end of the world for me personally If you want a rare car why would you be buying a 206!

#24: Re: Going to look at this. Author: Jordan_xsi, Location: IpswichPosted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 6:12 am ---- The interior on the Toyota is pure sexual!
#25: Re: Going to look at this. Author: kingdom200, Location: Leamington SpaPosted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 7:05 am ---- In all fair ness if you don't mind a lumpy idle like the c**k that bought it the I would still say buy it
#26: Re: Going to look at this. Author: L5_UKS, Location: West MidlandsPosted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 7:36 am ---- Surely he knew what he was buying before he brought it! If i didn't already had a 180 i would have been very tempted to buy yours it was a true minter!
#27: Re: Going to look at this. Author: kingdom200, Location: Leamington SpaPosted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 7:50 am ---- Yeh he did know I told him about 30 times on the phone and he was watchig the engine for about 10 mins before he wanted I also told him it's going to take some getting used to, I was 100% honest with that car because it was and is genuinely a minter
#28: Re: Going to look at this. Author: JamieM, Posted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 10:58 am ---- Definitely very over priced.
Almost 70k lol, I'd never buy a high milleage 180 knowing how fragile they appear to be no matter how you drive them.
Also, people can't shift 180's for s**t in this market. So you can definitely get that car down in price. I keep thinking about selling mine but then think of the hassle and what I could get for the money out there and end up thinking feckit and keeping it. It's a shame I sold my VTS, I love the car just running costs are pap averaging 30mpg (driving like a f***y) which makes it pretty pointless owning if I'm not enjoying it, but I can't afford to rape it anywhere being a student.
It's also red (some consider it rare, IMO just rare because no one wanted red when ordering... but w/e lol)
What red does mean is, chances are it's going to fade like a b***h if it hasn't already unless it's been kept well throughout it's life.
I'd be looking at paying 2.5k max, regardless of it's age.
#29: Re: Going to look at this. Author: Joey, Location: ScunthorpePosted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 2:50 pm ---- Wouldnt be offering anywhere near that price, gonna haggle him down! Definatly want a red one, gonna keep it polished and garaged while im away at uni.
#30: Re: Going to look at this. Author: sam-c, Location: Uni: Kent Home: ScunthorpePosted: Thu Aug 25, 2011 3:06 pm ---- I believe the clutch has already been changed so not got that to worry about
