are the ones in the link ok with mux cars and can you get pulled over by the police driving around with only one working

Once you're out in the bulb holder, mux'ed or not makes no difference, it's just plain 12V.

What can matter with LED bulbs is that they draw less current than regular incandescent bulbs, and a light bulb monitoring system can therefore think that the bulb is broken. But AFAIK no 206 has such a system (someone please correct me if that's wrong)

There are LED bulbs that incorporate an extra resistor in parallel, in order to increase the current draw to a level where the monitoring system is happy...

They'll be fine in the 206 for side lights, numberplate lights, glovebox (if its the same as interior), interior light and boot light.
