It's avo suspension, and it's nice as it's firm in quick corners but still soft enough over bumpy roads that it doesn't break your back which i think is nice Smile

I had mine lowered on springs at the front, 40-45mm & Torsion bar at the back to bring the sill level. Lowered about 5 years ago and never had any issues (Goes to touch wood) Very Happy
