I've got a problem with check strap, the two bolts won't tighten or loosen so I can't get it out to get it replaced? It will just turn and turn... any ideas to unbolt?

should be easy undo two bolts just make sure you got rite star key torx screwdriver .

Probably, at first it was tightening then just loosened. Now either way it will just turn without feeling it loosen or tighten.
