Hi all,

I wanted to upgrade my single line PP-T40 display to a Multi line one. The single line one had the scrolling text information for open doors etc. Where as the multi line one has the pic of the car showing doors open etc.
I took the end off the wiper stalk and inserted a cocktail stick to see if I had the switch, I did, It changed the info on the single line display from Radio Stn, to Date/Time and Temp.
I watched Ebay daily for a cheap multi line PP-T40, (they generally go for £50-£60), and I saw one last Friday going for a tenner! I got it and it arrived today (monday)
5 Mins to fit, and it works great, Date, Time, Radio inf, And Temp all one the one display. Happy Days.
However, when I pressed the switch on the wiper stalk - I had all Trip Functions. Without any programming on PP. WTF!
Best Tenner I've spent all year! Thumbs Up

Normally the case unless you have a factory fitted cd changer Laughing
