Hoping its not a sign i need a new rear beam
Any suggestions of what i can look for?

I'll tape up the boot in the morning before work and see how it goes, there's this one bad road on the way where it sounds like the back end is gonna fall off lol

Failing that, you're probably going to need a new rear axle. Has you lowered the rear end excessively in the past? or has it ever been?
The bearings in the axle could be shot, and from memory you can't just replace them, the whole thing would need replacing.
You could try taking off your rear wheels and making sure the ARB hasnt worked loose. Basically it could be a lot of things lol.

i know but this one is a recent one and its getting on my tits, its louder than the music sometimes

cheers, i'll take the wheels off tomorrow after work and see what's going on
if it helps i can bounce the rear when the car isnt moving and its fine, its when im moving over a bumpy road it happens mainly
