have you taken the radio out of the car? i needed my code a couple days ago due to battery was flat because i was on summer holiday and it wasnt being used and i took my radio out and the code was written in a bit of paper stuck onto it

No they don't. £25 from Peugeot
Doesn't make good business sense to give for free anyway. (Even if they got it for free) Imagine how many man hours are used getting these codes a year, nationally and how much £££ they would lose if they didn't charge.

Cost of equipment
Cost of running the equipment
Cost of the person who is working on the parts desk getting the codes
Cost of printing the card with the code on
Plus loads of other costs
