Nice car, shame about the colour!!

Not a big fan of green im affraid, but thats the price you pay for having an exclusive Garos!!

Green is my favourite colour so I'm not too fussed.Dont suppose anyone knows how to use the peugeot parts catalog? Ive notice on the passenger front there is a white 'decal' or racing line above the bump strip on the door. but not on any of the other doors, just wondered if its a part they maybe stock?

for the people who dont thing my response was constructive, it was JUST m opinion. Was not intended to be mean or hurtfull.

I just dont like the colour, however HE DOES!!!

As I said, its an exclusive Garros. You dont get that level of kit on ANY other 206!!!

If it came in a different colour then I would DEFO have one!! Wink

Its cool mate, I knew what you meant, I think its a case of the mind set of people when reading these things. Love the luxuriousness of the garros. I came from a '96 Corsa so its a big step up. Just strange it had 306 alloys on when I bought it. Love it with the nimrods on!

Without a doubt - lower it. Will look so much better and more 'purposeful' if you know what I mean. You can do other aesthetic mods but it'll always still look like it needs lowering, so anything else can wait, lowering should be the number one priority.... IMO of course.

I don't know if I'm imagining this but I can't recall seeing a lowered Roland Garros model on here, or anywhere for that matter?!

Get it done, then get your camber checked out by a garage Very Happy

How much am I looking at in total to lower it? I dont want to deck it to a stupid amount,30 -35mm?

budget £80 for springs and £200 to fit springs and lower the rear torsion bar. Some places can even supply and fit for around £200 though. Just depends. But that's what i'd say to yourself in your head anyway.

That's the cheapest option, it's really recommended that you uprate your dampers when you lower it too. Again these vary dramatically in price. So if you were going down this route you'd be best to search online for the best deals on good brands etc Smile You should try and replace the strut top mounts at the same time, or AT LEAST the strut top mount bearing Smile

Okay Cheers Brian, I've heard people skimping on the fundementals when lowering which ends up wearing out parts that would be else fine.

£200 eh? okay, something to think about for the future.

did a little Photoshop to show it dropped. Looks pretty tasty.

Yeah always keep an eye on gaz's thread, spoke with him before. I wish I had to time/space and know how, I'd do a lot more things e.g sports bumpers etc. still need to get my hands on a phase 2 strip, that'll need painting as multiplex (phase2) RG don't exist?

Is the line only on the passanger door? If its the line I think you are talking about it should run along all 4 doors... I could be wrong and talking random haha
