#1: EXL Hell!! Author: warren, Location: kentPosted: Thu Sep 15, 2011 4:03 am ---- I'm looking at buying some gti bumpers and i'm just wondering can you get gti's in paint code exl.
I've brought a spoiler for it in the the paint code exy fitted it but it just stood out to much and looked werid and had to get it re-sprayed in the end.
Will i have to do this for everything or is my paintcode common and i can get parts for it without spending alot on paint?

#3: Re: EXL Hell!! Author: warren, Location: kentPosted: Thu Sep 15, 2011 4:26 am ---- O right didn't know that thanks. I guess i'm just gonna have to buy them and get then them re-sprayed.

#5: Re: EXL Hell!! Author: GTW206, Location: Last WeekPosted: Thu Sep 15, 2011 6:33 am ---- I'm also having a hard time finding parts in EXL.
@Warren, does it really stand out a lot having an EXY part on a EXL based car?
#6: Re: EXL Hell!! Author: Andrew, Location: Black Country Ay IPosted: Thu Sep 15, 2011 6:47 am ---- It's quite a rare colour. Also comparing my car next to other EXL coloured 206s, they often look completely different shades so it's best to get it colour match sprayed as said above.
#7: Re: EXL Hell!! Author: warren, Location: kentPosted: Thu Sep 15, 2011 7:01 am ---- @GTW206 surprisingly it does stand out quite alot i put a exy spoiler on it and you can clearly see the difference so i got sprayed. Might have to do that with the rest of the parts

Not true, mine used to be very very clean and there are still 5 shades of china blue on my car! haha!

#12: Re: EXL Hell!! Author: warren, Location: kentPosted: Thu Sep 15, 2011 8:45 am ---- Why cant they just make it easy and use standard colours like black, blue, red, green but no they have to complicate things and have tuscany green, Pharoah Gold, blonde girls blue eyes, nans yellowy toenail! It's a bit annoying.

Because if they did that there wouldn't be colours like green with gold flip.
