#1: loose nut behind the steering wheel ? Author: bisphenol-a, Location: AntarcticaPosted: Tue Sep 20, 2011 6:14 am ---- just realised when i was driving back today.. whenever i go over a significant bump on the road or say driving over some rail tracks i hear like a nut/screw sound behind the steering wheel. is it called the comm unit that houses the stalks and all? sounds seems to be coming from there like there is a loose screw that got out of place and is contained somewhere in there but jumping about under the covers. operation and use is all fine like the usual, just the sound is quite a nuisance.
is there a how-to around here? i try searching for comm unit and steering wheel nothing.
