Is the parcel shelf different between the 3 and 5door 206??? I have a 5door and mine doesnt fit properly (gets caught by the rear breake light when the boot closes) like its too long.

Im thinking its a 3door one?

What do you mean about brake light when closed, the brake light is at the top of the boot lid no where near the parcel shelf.

Do you mean the wiper motor?

hmm wonder why it doesnt fit properly then?

sorry said it gets caught by the rear brake light when in fact i ment it catches on the wiper motor cover.

My old parcel shelf used to get stuck on the wiper motor cover, I changed it for a new one, not had a problem since Smile

it does close without issue just bends the shelf down

Mine did that too, think it was from having speakers in the shelf, made it sag slightly in the middle so it bumped into the plastic cover for the wiper motor and wouldn't close, I just tied an extra knot or two in the string holding it up to make the string slightly shorter and thus hold it slightly higher which solved the problem for me.

Cheaper than buying a new on anyway Smile
