You must mean the fiesta st ;). My 180 was really slow when I first got it noticed a massive difference when I changes the plugs to bosch ones.

I changed mine recently, they were due a change at the next service and it seems the coilpack was misfiring when it got hot. Plugs were the dreaded NGK ones too, when I asked for Bosch Super they weren't exactly surprised Apparently they've been told not to supply NGK plugs for most Pugs/Citroens now.

Just serviced my car too and it had NGK's in, never had an issue with them in my old 106's nor this one, but i must say my car seems to respond and pull alot quicker now i've stuck super 4's in (also the oil was way over the max which wouldn't help at all)

if NGK's are so terrible why are they still being made? which car manufacturer fits them standard?

NGK's aint terrible.

There just incompatible with the coil pack design that PSA Peugeot / Citroen used when the 206 was designed / manufactured.

The newer PSA / BMW engine family actually use NGK plugs.
